Parking

We have two carparks available in addition to disabled parking spaces. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk.

Insurance 

Guests are responsible for the insurance of their own effects while at the Centre.

Cancellation Insurance – to strongly encourage guests take advantage of cancellation insurance to cover potential cancellations costs.

Transport

Unfortunately we are not able to provide transport to or from Cirencester or the station.

Bus Services from Cirencester

Ampney Crucis is 1 mile from Harnhill Centre and is served by 2 bus services operated by Stagecoach from Cirencester.

The No. 50 (Cirencester to Ampney/Preston) operates Monday to Friday only except Public Holidays.

The No. 77 (Cirencester, Fairford, Lechlade and Highworth) operates Monday to Saturday except Public Holidays.

Trains

Kemble station is served by the 882 bus service to Cirencester.


Covid-19 precautions

We continue to take every precaution on-site, and are still adopting the principle of Hands – Face – Space.  You will need to understand that we are unable to guarantee a virus-free environment. Guest numbers will be limited each week and we ask that you respect social distancing principles at meal-times and in communal areas of the Centre.   Masks must be worn in accordance with the prevailing government regulations, but we do encourage you to wear masks if you feel able to even when not required by law.

Lateral Flow Tests

Please take a lateral flow test before you come to stay.  Staff are encouraged to take one twice a week.

When you need to contact us

Please contact us immediately on 01285 850283 during office hours if:

  • Prior to your planned visit you have symptoms of COVID-19; or
  • You are isolating because you or a member of your household has been in contact with someone experiencing these symptoms; or
  • You have travelled internationally in the 10 days prior to your visit.

 Other ongoing precautions in place

  • NHS Test & Trace QR Codes are available on-site to register via the NHS Test & Trace App.
  • The Team will also ensure a regular cleaning regime of any communal spaces with particular attention to high-touch areas. Meal tables are sanitised between mealtimes.
  • Contactless payment is facilitated up to the prevailing limits per transaction.

Appointments

During times of prayer ministry, we will need to maintain social distancing in a well-ventilated room or in an open space, weather permitting.
