Guest and Visitor Information

What will be in my room?

Rooms are all ensuite except one which can be booked at a lower retreat cost.  You will be provided with towels, bedding, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer and a drinks tray with tea / coffee making facilities.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included within the cost of your residential retreat including lunch on your day of departure.  If you arrive on a Friday morning to attend the service prior to a weekend retreat, you will need to book lunch separately at a cost of £ 5.90 for soup, £10.50 for a light lunch or £15.30 for the more substantial two course meal.  For those who wish for a quieter dining experience a Quiet Table is always available.

Mobile phone and WiFi coverage

Mobile signal strength can be variable depending upon your service provider but can be poor inside the Manor House.  We do provide WiFi for guests but because the buildings are old, signal can be variable in some areas of the site.

Companion

If you receive personal care at home please contact the office, as we may ask you to bring a companion with your during your stay.

Parking

We have two carparks available in addition to disabled parking spaces. Cars are parked at the owner’s risk.

Insurance

Guests are responsible for the insurance of their own effects while at the Centre.  The Centre will not be responsible for losses during your stay.

Cancellation Insurance – we do strongly encourage guests take advantage of cancellation insurance to cover potential cancellations costs.  Much as we are sympathetic to individual circumstances, we are financially unable to absorb losses arising from cancellations and respectfully ask that you honour the booking terms and conditions which apply to your booking.
