Harnhill wins 5-star rating for kitchen
The Harnhill Centre was recently awarded a five-star rating for its kitchen from Environmental Health. The rating is given according to how hygienically the food is handled – how it is prepared, cooked, re-heated, cooled and stored and temperatures controlled. Also under consideration in the award process is the condition of the kitchen, its cleanliness and layout, and the management of the kitchen with all aspects of food handling and safety in mind. The award is a deserved recognition of the work put in in recent times by Chef Manager Dan Wyatt and Assistant Chef Lynne Hurrell. Together with their team of helpers they have made staying at and visiting Harnhill an enhanced experience for all guests and visitors.
